  • Individualized counsel on optimal nutrition for performance and health.

  • Recipes, meal, and snack ideas.

  • Assistance with specific nutritional challenges related to performance including food allergies, thyroid problems, gastrointestinal disturbances, iron-deficiency anemia, low energy availability or relative energy deficiency, amenorrhea etc.

  • Individualized support on recovery from illness and injury.

  • Verification of supplements for safety and necessity.
