Meet Erika

​In my free time, I enjoy activities that get me outside and moving, especially with my two kids and pup. I also enjoy running 5k's, 10ks and half marathons, cooking, traveling, home projects, and photography. I'm currently dipping into training for a sprint trialthlon!

I am a Registered Dietitian, Sports Dietitian and Diabetes Educator and I thrive off of helping individuals and families through their health journey and fueling to perform and live your best life.

My background includes a bachelors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of New Hampshire completing my dietetic internship with Wellness Workdays. I worked in clinical nutrition at a hospital and at a fitness facility focusing on sustainable lifestyle changes in nutrition as well as currently working as a diabetes educator. I am Board Certified in Sports Dietetics and working toward my  Diabetes Educator Certification. I was named Young Dietitian of the year from the NHAND in 2022.

I enjoy working with active individuals of all ages, new moms and picky eaters, improving your meal prepping routines, working through balancing your plate and your blood sugar and reducing A1c, helping others improve their relationship with food, and creating sustainable lifestyle changes. I take a practical approach that is supportive, open-minded, and empowering you to reach your goals.

Hi There! Welcome to NuWell Nutrition. I'm excited to help you develop healthy habits to be your best self, feel better, and create a sustainable lifestyle for good.

My vision is to set you on a path where you feel confident to make balanced eating a normal part of your day to day so that it naturally becomes second nature and you'll wonder why you didn't start sooner! I'll walk you through how to gain more energy, feel satisfied, and have some answers to the constant question of, "what's for dinner." 

​

My approach is an addition mentality, meaning, we won't focus on what we can restrict or take away, but what can we add to your meals and snacks to create more nutrient density to nourish yourself to feel and perform your best!
