Working with Erika
Hi there! I'm so glad you found me. During our appointments I will take the time to get to know you and your background, routines, and habits and work on creating a plan of care that is sustainable for the long-term, breaking down big-picture goals into baby steps which will lead to big victories over time.
What is it like to work with a Dietitian?
Appointments are based on your needs and we meet you where you are. Sessions can cover comprehensive information where we go over your medical history, any medications you're taking, your food intake, and activity routines and address any questions you may have and come up with a game plan to best help you reach your goals.
We set follow up appointments to follow up on your progress on goals and for accountability. You can book as many as you need as time goes along but many need anywhere from 6-12+ appointments for sustainable lifestyle changes.

Most major insurances accepted, including Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Harvard Pilgrim, MGB/Allways, and Medicare, Humana Medicare Advantage.
