These are meant to be training wheels to help you understand a balanced plate and combining food groups so that you can meet your needs and learn to create balanced meals on the fly from whatever you might have.

Part of nailing meal prep and planning is knowing what your style is. How many meals do you want to cook per week? Do you like leftover recipes or components to build a new meal? We'll cover this in our sessions to find the right routine for your week or for your family!
Time
Some people think they don't have enough time for meal prepping. But it doesn't have to take all day! We will look at your schedule and find a block of time that works for you and prepare enough food to last you the week. This will not only save time during the week but also save you money.
